how to increase strength...
 
i go lifting 5 to 6 days a week.. and about 2 months ago i started pyramiding everything, for every muscle group... usually 4 to 5 exercises per body part (bis, tris, chest, shoulders, back, traps, lowerback(deadlifts), squats and general leg shit)...

and now 2 months later i've gained a lot of strength.. i've always read about pyramiding being a good way to break through boundries and increase weight, and now i am doing it and it works...

before i started i was 173 at 6'0 doing 225 only like 2 times...

now i'm 176 (basically the same), but i can bust out 225 8 times, and did 245 3 times for a 5th set... i'm sure i can max out to 275 though. also up to 100 lbs per arm for dumbell press at about 6 reps.

so yeah, for those of you who want to gain a lot of strength, deadlifts, squats, and pyramiding everything.. thats like 6 to 8 sets per body part, starting on light weight, goin to heavy, then back down. i also eat a lot of tuna and chicken.

anyhow, thought i'd share that :)

no creatine.. but protein is a must whenever your tryin to gain muscle... but, i dont take any protein shakes... i only eat chicken and tuna and eggs for my protein... i've only had about 2 cans of tuna a day (70g's), and 1 chicken breast of 70g's or so every other day.. so i'm not even getting a ton of protein... but im still seeing good results, and i think its because of the pyramiding. and i've been making sure to go real intense w/ deadlifts, and squats so i'm sure that helps w/ the bench increase as well.

anyhow i'm lactose intolerance, so thats why i can't take most protein drinks. but, the protein in food is much higher quality so it doesn't really bother me much

perhaps.. i might do a cycle in the future, but not until i've perfected every aspect of my diet, and training. as well as sufficient research as to where i practically know everything. otherwise your takin too big of a risk.

1.5g's of protein per lb will be hard though. it'll just take a lot of $$. especially since i can't drink protein drinks. argh.

cool, make an example workout plan for your routine for a week, i may give it a try

I use to fight with gnomes and alves. When I go level up I increase all my skills including strength. Also it's good to make some magic from time to time. The fireball and the Ice spikes are my favourites.
