nice email I got from racksale.com I was running auto gallery pro on a couple start up TGP. Now they haven't replied back in 4 days.

Our sites at Racksale have been down since Sunday May 18th at Racksale. Still no response on the server as of today.

No joke. Servers still down. No response on the ticket system or by email.

Couldn't you just buy a server and have it setup in under three days and just reinstall your backed up data?

I just don't understand why it takes so long.....

When shit hits the fan, you start to understand why reliability is more important than saving a few bucks each month. Excellent example of why you shouldn't use a cheap host.

"Mr. Rick", I unsuspended the few accounts which were causing the server load to be an issue at times, about 2 days ago. If you are still having issues, you can contact one of our support reps directly on ICQ: 11225526 or 721635. Also, as stated on our main page, we did not have access to our mailserver/support desk during some of the downtime, which would explain the delay in us replying to your email or support ticket. We are almost done with the backlog of the enormous amount of support emails and tickets that flooded in over the past 2 days. We also are providing some sort of compensation to clients that were affected by the downtime (as you can see on the main page of racksale.com). In response to a few other posts here, we are NOT a cheap host (cheap hosts don't offer free traffic/bandwidth/discounts for downtime), just a company that ran into a tough issue. Coupled with Murphy's Law and the random possibility that anything can happen at anytime, we were put through a very difficult test, which we have now come out of stronger than ever before. I must be at the bottom of the enormous backlog.

Still no websites, email, FTP.

I have sent the owner, Ditlev, Paul emails = no response.
I used ICQ for the two folks listed = no response.
I sent emergency pages = no response.
I have been trying the 800 phone number = busy since Monday.
Ticket system: Are you have problems? Well, gee contact ICQ or email us.

I don't know when we will be back up. But I do know that when we are ever restored, we are moving.

I have never had a host be down so long without some form of response.
