software to take pics from movie
 
where can I get software which can take pictures when the movie is running ? like pause it, take picture ? thanks

how about tell me how to do it instead of being smart ass... thanks for telling me the name of the software but when i take screenshot nothing is inside the windows player clip

Here's a simple way...Hit your print screen button and then just crop/resize it in PhotoShop ;)

I use Adobe Premiere 6
it rocks as well
