software to take pics from movie
where can I get software which can take pictures when the movie is running ? like pause it, take picture ? thanks

do you load movie there and it takes shots of a movie ? or it takes whole screenshot of a window playing movie ?

Here's a simple way...Hit your print screen button and then just crop/resize it in PhotoShop ;)
