I have a connundrum about dinner.
 
What should I make? A delicious and hopefully fast and easy chicken dish, homemade chili from scratch (and my chili is DAMN good), or something else?

Im about to go clean up my patio area in a few and Im definitely thinking about Bar B Quing today. I have Lamb ready to roll.

Nothingbetter than being able to just Bar B Q any damn day of the week, smoke some brew, drink some herbs.

I sometimes will put chilli/cheese/onions on a baked potato. Whole meal all in one.

Hooterdog, We have 2 Skylines that I know about in Florida. One in Lauderdale and one in Clearwater.

By far my favorite food of all time.

On another note.... since when does the time of year or weather have anthything to do with making chili!!!??? When I'm up for a batch of my chili I could care less what time of the fucking year it is.

Agreed, but it just tastes better somehow when you come in from the cold.

Yeah, they're our big hitter in the chili game . . . they have taken the "chili parlor" thing to a few other cities. We also have Goldstar, Empress, Chili Time, Cincinnati Chili, and probably 100 small Mom & Pop varieties . . . not sure why chili got so big here, but it is . . . mmmmm gotta have a cheese Coney too!
