still a lot cheaper than i have to pay in third world countries. I pay 50 USD only for internet, for 5mb, when it was working, i was happy if i got 2mb.

I've posted on here at least 50 TIMES the last 2 months that my rates are skyrocketing in January :disgust Where I live we only have Cox as an option and will pay for internet only what we used to pay for the premium cix bundle that had movie channels, unlimited internet, cable & phone.

B) Yes, I'm sure they announced the price hikes months ago. You know, Trump is in office. They knew months ago Trump and his team was going to kill net neutrality. Why do they have to raise prices Robbie? They are going to pay a lot less in taxes and have a lot less regulations. They should be swimming in money.

Trump is ridiculous. We had a train crash the other day and Trump blamed our "crumbling infrastructure". It was a refurbished track that cost us $181 MILLION - and it was the first time they used it. If only we had some regulations in place to ensure these things are properly tested, or regulations about requirements for automatic speed control. Nah, fuck it. Regulations aren't good, they impede businesses.

Starter will change from $34.99 to $36.99.

I've pointed out facts to you:
1. In the past couple of years there apparently are LESS ISP's available in markets (less competition)
2. The internet was doing great BEFORE "net neutrality" 2 years ago, great DURING it, and will continue to do great now that a regulation that was only 2 years old is now gone.
3. Federal agencys shouldn't have the power of Congress. Only Congress should be making Federal Law...Agencys are creating regulations that have just as much power as law. You said that my thinking on that was a "Republican talking point" (after telling me earlier that this issue isn't "political")

They were always free to raise prices. Bell does it to me every year here in Canada. While repealing the law was a bad thing IMO, there's no correlation between that and the price increase. They have nothing to do with each other.
