5. You have rights to take your time as to what month or when you wish to air it all the way up to a year. If you can't decide in a year what u want, u forfeit the commercial time. That's more than fair.

6. An automatic invitation to visit, use and enjoy my brand new dance club/studio/recording facility. Walk in with nothing and u can walk out with a finished product.

And now for the only bad news.. the price.. you knew there was gonna be a kicker right?

No idea. Everybody tells me they get great traffic and I pretty much believe em.

Now if you want me to furnish you EXACT stats, I'll be glad to but you'll have to pay my regular hourly rate, exact same as I charge for on air time. That's 250.00 an hour.

I can proably dig up the stats in an hr but it might take a little longer.
