My question is if Mindgeek strongarmed Ruseful into this 'partnership'? It seems like Ruseful is giving up a lot, certainly more money than they were spending managing their own affiliate programs and on the maintenance of their sites. So did Mindgeek basically say to them 'If you want premium placements on our tube sites it would be in your interest to partner with us ....... because we will no longer be able to guarantee you such placements if you don't. Capeesh?'

Very good question, I dont see why they wouldn't have done that. Thats business. Their whole marketing was based on a platform supplied by a competitor, you think it would be inevitable

Tubes need to produce their own content otherwise their business model will slowly deteriorate over time. Just acquiring old content will not cut it (in their opinion). Remember that Mindgeek has HUGE overhead.

Most production companies are doing less and less shoots so it makes sense for them to acquire/partner with a production house that is releasing 40 new scenes every week.

It will be interesting to see how long-term both parties benefit. Congratulations!

I have heard speculation that Manwin may have fingers into Zombaio but havent seen anything to suggest its true or not.
