ATK cash, quite harsh terms.
 

I looked to join for ATK cash, but I think I will pass. They have one the most ridiculous terms I have ever encountered. Only topping one is one traffic brokers 1 $ penalty for every fucking visitor they send (when certain conditions exist).

What the fuck is this, really? Shitload of terms for solely and one-sidedly to protect the affiliate program and then salty penalty fee. I know that program terms are not famous for being affiliate or "user" friendly, but come on.

"If you violate any portion of the Acceptable Use Policy, You hereby agree that each and every violation shall result in liquidated damages of $3000 per occurrence. You specifically agree to pay this $3000 in liquidated damages. Revshare companies are, in my experience, waaaaaaaaaay less likely to jack an affiliate than PPS.

These guys have the same 3000 $ penalty.
