If he had a broken eye socket they release a photo right at the start and the thing is buried.

furthermore, there is a video of the 'nearly beaten to death with a serious orbital eye injury' police officer calmly pacing in front of the dead body of the teenager he shot. Pacing, when he should have been in a serious amount of pain.

The only people I believe in this story are all the witnesses other than his friend and the cops. They (the police department) are spinning it up nicely. A damn shame. For the cop and his biased ass view of the world, for brown and his stupid super thug attitude, for browns family to have to watch his brains spill out on the pavement before he was old enough to legally have a drink. Please dont get it twisted if these kids were white and walking down the middle of the street they probably would not have been stopped. If the officer was seated when the struggle occurred how could anyone see if brown was reaching for his weapon? Assuming his weapon was holstered, initially, that would mean brown would be trying to pull his gun out upside down and fire it upside down, or do black people know a trick now were they can reverse their wrist? The cops story doesnt make sense at all, and of course he was beaten within a inch of his life while seated in a police cruiser but was still able to pursue and neutralize the individual.

I wouldnt believe it no matter the race of the individual. This video clearly shows the officers body language and demeanor after the fact. And another witness who didnt know brown or has any reason to lie for him. Oh I forgot that all blacks lie for each other and got together on their secret network and crafted the same story between at least 6 witnesses. Meanwhile black nba basketball player Ray Allen has his home broken into and the 7 individuals are released to their parents without so much as a citation. Its embarrassing how insane and stupid some of you are.

The only point of contention is what Brown was doing when he was shot the second time. Everyone seems to agree that Brown was inside the car and that the first shot was fired at that time.

We don't know how reliable these three witnesses are. They could be repeating the popular story, looking for their 15 minutes of fame or cash. They may also be afraid of being labeled a snitch. That could explain why the "accidental eyewitness account" varies from the others.

It is said that Brown and his friend were holding up traffic while walking in the middle of the road, so at least one car got a great view of this whole incident and I'm sure they gave a statement. That is the eyewitness account that I want to see.
