OXEO support SUCKS!
i dont know whats up with them but i have a problem with my server since 3 days and i told them several times, but either they dont want to care about a customer that pays $1000/month for a server or i dont know!
has anybody had similar problems with them?? i'm losing money because of them! :mad: |

Well I use them on many of my sites and just recently needed something and within 5 minutes of ICQ'ing I think it was Matt or Mike I got help and it was like 2AM
They always helped me real quick |
I have had no problems with oxeo, this is the first complaint ive ever heard about their support...

problem is solved now.
the only mistake I could have made is not emailing them but contacting them via icq... they told me to take care, but for 3 days nothing happened. so i was really pissed because i lost a lot of traffic... but as i said before, problem is solved now! thanks oxeo |

I bought a new Oxeo server on Friday night and for various reasons had quite a few problems that the support guys - especially Matt - have been working over the weekend to sort out.
Personally, I've been really impressed. I have another box with Rackspace - who pride themselves on their 'fanatical support' - but from the evidence so far, Oxeo are a lot more responsive. |

One thing I have found, and would suggest a person do (whether they host with oxeo or any other company)...even though your request is taken note of on ICQ, always always follow up with an email. The techs are quite slammed at times, and theres a chance that your ICQ message may get lost, or your request may be forgotten about. With an email sitting in the queue of "things to do", you're guaranteed that it wont get overlooked. [email protected] that will get your request to 3 different people on the oxeo team. freesyleman, I'm sorry to hear that you encountered this problem...it's extremely unlike these guys to have such a thing happen. Matter of fact this is the only time I've ever heard of such a thing...unfortunately, you were the one to have had the experience, huh? Glad to know that all has been taken care of, though... I think they are ok, but overrated. I had similar problems as others have said.
