Tip for promoting cam sites
 

Hey everyone,

I just thought I would post a tip here for those of you who promote cam sites. It's a good tip too, it's what I have been doing for quite a while and I am glad that I did.

Cam sites usually have Pay per signup or Rev Share so you have to pick one for each link.

Start with Pay per signup, see how much you get avg per day from signups.

Check and see what your most popular & best converting links are, and use this method with those.

Set yourself a minimum amount you want to make out of what you do, like if you get $60 a day from signups, and you decide that you only need $40 a day. Watch the stats on the cam site you are promoting, and when you have reached your minimum daily, switch all your link codes over to Rev Share.

Over time, you will build up a lot of rev share users, while still making whatever minimum you set for yourself. Eventually, some of the rev share users start buying as well, and rev share with cams is great.

This is really good if you are getting good traffic, but just want to have a little "insurance" for those times when traffic is low.

good idea , but its hard to run this task everyday.. u might end missing with all of ur links

what's more common is that people split there traffic .
if affiliate can convert a source he may try to send to rev

either way i love PPL and hate rev

Cams are dead for those just starting up.

I use only revshare and I see everyday people who signed up 2 years ago and they started to spend money now! For me this works very well! Anyway these days it's very hard for those who just starting up to promote cams!

One thing I've learned is that there is no one right way. Things change, especially with google. A total newb could outrank authority sites. Luck and hard work seem to be the winning combo.

I'll agree with the fact that it is a lot more hard work than it used to be (as with almost everything else in adult), but once you get the ball rolling, we'll retain those customers for you! :thumbsup

Cam rev share doesnt work for me
If you get $30 per signup thats more that what you will get from %30 revshare .

The customer has to spend $100 just to for you to get the same money as a signup gets you.
