Dave90210, there are lots of people all around the country putting all kinds of ads on CL for adult models with whatever numbers they think will entice people to respond. Many of them are BS people trying to get laid, some are legit agencies and production companies. I can't believe I have to spell this out for you, but how do you know that all the girls on any one site aren't on other sites also under different names or whatever? Have you trawled every site on the internet to check?
You should realize that many wannabe models just do one or two adult shoots and then quit the biz for a myriad of reasons. It's not like every girl who does a single nude photo shoot or B/G scene in whatever local town she starts in necessarily goes on to make fifty other videos.Comment

There are two reasons for this.
1) They pay the girls ridiculous money for the shoot knowing that they will turn down other shoots that pay less. The girls think they are worth more than they are and think anything less than what they got paid by BRCC is an insult.
2) They can only use each girl one time so after the shoot they do whatever they can to ruin the girls with the intention that they won't shoot for any other site. For example, they friend them on Facebook before the shoot and after the shoot they tag them in video screen grabs. This has two effects. They know that all their guy friends will join BRCC just to see the chick having sex. This also humiliates the girl so bad that it will almost guarantee that she won't shoot anymore videos.
It's a clever approach to ensure that the girls only appear on their site but it's a scumbag thing to do to the girls. No wonder the guy blurs his face in the videos.Comment

- the girls are aware he is not a casting agent, but they are made aware doing a scene with him can get them into the industry because he is respected by other companies and he runs a popular website
- many of the girls are indeed amateurs "off the street"

For BRCC, it's a mix of real amateurs he finds, and new hires from agencies. A long time ago, he got girls from posting ads. He still might.
Agencies also notify him of new girls.
Some girls - whether through the agency or responding to the ad - shoot a scene and decide never to do porn again, because they only needed the quick cash, or decided porn was not for them.
He can also get many girls from referrals by other girls who worked with him.
As far as I know, he doesn't intimidate the girls or bully them on facebook as others have suggested. The guy is so busy fucking and working on his site, he doesn't have time for such low-life stuff. He's eccentric, but a nice guy.Our sites:

Most of these girls are dirt poor and couldn't afford to fight back. I'm not even sure if the site is breaking any laws. Besides that, it would only cause more bad exposure for the girls.
That "Gonzo" guy from Phoenix who got busted for CP was doing crap like this to make sure the girls remained exclusive to BRCC. He would friend them on FB to grab recent photos. The girls thought it was harmless until it was too late.
