Makes you wonder why they penalized unique affilate blogs before getting round to cam white labels, hosted tubes, CJ sites etc. There's so many scraper sites in the search listings because the blogs and review sites all got fucked off.

I sometimes laugh about Google and their duplicate content rules. I do some writing work for a client that requires me to do some research on various people. Often times I will do a search for this person and the top results all have the exact same text that has been cut and pasted into yet they still rank in the Top 10.

I don't think it will as the big, "illegal" tubes are by now considered the "source" of most porn content.

For example on reddit if someone asks for the source of a pic or gif, they don't want a link to a short clip hosted on a small affiliate site, they want the link to the "original source" or full scene @ xvideos, xhamster or any of the other big tubes which sadly makes sense from a surfer pov.

Why would they want to be taken to a 3:00 min clip when they know the whole thing is available in any of the big tube sites.

Shit, if you do a search for most paysites the big tubes come out on top also. So according to google, the paysite is not the original source but the tube site is.

Yes, I hope that is what they are reffering too. Those type of sites and sites that just scrape embed codes from redtube, xhamster and are filled weith plugrush, juicyads, exoad, eroad ads etc. (got nothing against those ad networks but there are lots of crappy, scraping sites with nothing but loads of ads to them).

After reading the post a few times I see nothing wrong with it. They're just saying if you run a site that just post feeds from affiliate programs then don't expect to get ranked high. How hard is it to put up a website running WP and some content feed plugin and just add a bunch of sponsor hosted RSS feeds and let the site update its self. Trouble is 100+ webmasters are doing the same thing so the pool is filled with crap. Get off your ass and start writing your own content and work a little and you'll see some Google love. It still amazes me how if I write a keyword rich 300-500 word article I get placed under ten other site that only mention the keyword once, WTF! This is just the game we've decided to play.

I am still seeing plenty of scraped sites in the adult niche. Some that use SmartCJ (which was specifically just targeted with manual spam actions). But the ones still in the results renamed their scj directory and also renamed just about every other aspect of the site so it wouldn't show up... they left the obvious huge:

But there are tons of similar sites created by tube site owners that have deep pockets and Google didn't give them manual actions. Some that do nothing more than the SCJ sites were doing.
