Best gateway
 

Hey all,

I've recently been hit pretty hard with chargebacks from one guy making successive orders (about 20 in all) over the span of about 3 weeks. All with the same card.

My current gateway does nothing but AVS and CVS checking so in this case, when everything was matching up, the last stop-gap was the cardholders bank which apparently did nothing and gladly authorized the transactions.

So, I'm on the hunt for a new gateway to move my merchant accounts to. To be clear, I DO NOT need merchant accounts. I've got several already. I just need a new gateway that offers advanced fraud detection options.

Anyone have recommendation on Adult-friendly gateways in the US that have advanced fraud detections features and will take on an account that does about 2500 transactions a month?

Authorize.net is out since they won't handle adult-content. Anyone have experience with NMI?

Because we're already on an NMI partner gateway so if we move to another NMI partner gateway there's literally no additional integration required. Just change the account name and password and done (well, besides setting up the merchant accounts on the gateway).

Ok, so not closing your account because of 20 chargebacks then? Fight them.

In NMI you can also block IP addresses and activate iSpyFraud which they should be able to explain to you.
