How can CCBill customer support be so good?
:thumbsupSeriously, think what you want of CCBill, but you'll have to admit their customer support is amazing.
Any shift, just ask them any question, be it technical, accounting, whatever - and you always have the feeling that the guy on the other side understands what you are talking about. I really wonder how they manage to do this, considering that 99.9% customer cares in the world suck. kudos |
I'm personally yet to have a positive customer service experience with CCBill...

I 100% agree...from the webmaster perspective, I should state.
For many, many years, if I am needing a customer of mine's issue looked at, or if I needed to make a change in one of my setups...there has never been an instance that I have gotten less than excellent help! |
Guess I've always taken it for granted but you're right. Never had to explain myself to CCBill a second time to get resolution on an issue, and often the rep/tech will volunteer info anticipating my follow-up question(s). Even when I've asked some vague open-ended crap they've been right there with the info.
Oh wait - except the terrible performance of their backend that dragged on for over a year. That was pretty bad. Though it's had a huge improvement lately along with the introduction of their Flexstats setup, so I'll give them props for eventually addressing the issue even months overdue. SwirlsGirl - you are an annoying person. |
There has never been a rep who told me something i didnt already know.
Their usefulness to me was to forward issues or requests to tier 2. Now i never have to worry about that again as i control my own billing. |

normally I'd totally agree with this but I emailed a rep last friday morning and as of today still not a single response from them. I understood they might not see it before the 3 day weekend but not to blow it off for 5 days..

They are one of the originals and have adapted pretty well :) What happened to ibill? lol j/k
