Good News for Sex.com and Gary Kremen
Things are looking good for Gary (owner of sex.com):

VeriSign stands to lose $100 million if the appeal court decides in favour of Kremen. It is doubly concerned however that the case will be used as a foundation for thousands of similar cases in which the registrar and owner of the .com top-level domain has acted negligently. ®

i just wish they wins and collects asap

Damn, $100 million would be nice.

Oh i would love to see NetSol in receivership. I wonder if they lose which i think they will how many more will jump in and sue them for similar things where they acted negligently and told people 'it ain't our problem mang!'.

net sol is a bunch of asses.

They are shit heads for sure and there are several other shitty companies on the net and I hope this is the beginning of a long road of justice in our favor....Good luck Gary!

if VeriSign loses in this case, all the domain owners lose. i cant even imagine an IRS mess this will create. to make the long story short, go read up on taxing property. Tangible and intangible but on the brighter note i'm getting ready to fallow Kramer's path and sue a publicly traded company than most of you know and have done biz with and Verisign. Hope there is some money left in the pot for me :) |
Think about how many $75 per domain charges those fucks ripped us off for. Whores! Thieves! Burn 'em baby burn! :)
