Good News for Sex.com and Gary Kremen

Things are looking good for Gary (owner of sex.com):

VeriSign stands to lose $100 million if the appeal court decides in favour of Kremen. It is doubly concerned however that the case will be used as a foundation for thousands of similar cases in which the registrar and owner of the .com top-level domain has acted negligently. ®

>> VeriSign stands to lose $100 million

if VeriSign loses in this case, all the domain owners lose.
i cant even imagine an IRS mess this will create.

to make the long story short, go read up on taxing property. Tangible and intangible

but on the brighter note i'm getting ready to fallow Kramer's path and sue a publicly traded company than most of you know and have done biz with and Verisign. Hope there is some money left in the pot for me
