Netbilling and Partnering Bank settle debts with Sara Swirls!

Well Well Well, I can honestly say I never never expected to make a thread like this but it must be made in the interest of people doing whats right!

As many of you know I am one vicious critic of shady middle men in this business and if I am going to continue calling out the shady practices of shady middle men then I must also give credit where credit is due to middle men who are honorable and do whats right.

Long story short there was a huge misunderstanding between my company and netbilling about a year and a half ago.

That misunderstanding ruined a thanksgiving holiday and resulted in me and hubby having our merchant account closed, funds intercepted, and reputation adversely affected.

This misunderstanding caused some distress with many of my customers as well as left a bitter and disheartening taste in my mouth with respect to billing companies in general and what I have come to know as middle men.

Needless to say after opening a GFY support ticket on the issue about a month ago to share some of the intimate details of the misunderstanding, we were contacted by the good people at netbilling who reached out to us and offered us a remedy!

We are happy to report that this is one instance where a wrong was done and even though its been a year and a half ago, netbilling made sure that this got resolved for us!

So our funds have been paid back to us in full, and there are absoultely no hard feelings with netbilling or anyone they are associated with.

We did not expect to ever see this resolved however I was wrong in thinking all companies who collect monies were incapable of doing the right thing.

This is how we heal as an industry and how we should always do right by each other even when we have misunderstandings and disagreements.

Many Thanks to Wendy Nelson, and Mitch Farber for their efforts in resolving this for us!

We still think you are great people for making sure the right thing was done here!

If anybody has frustrations or discontent with 3rd party billing please please please by all means give netbilling a call! They are worthy of your business!

Netbilling is awesome.

It cracks me up that whatever the subject of your gripe with them, or whoever it was, is fine now that you got $$$$ 1 1/2 years later. Seems like your integrity disappeared and you rolled over for a few bucks. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

You know I like you too just busting your chops :P

I like you too ccbill double agent...and my integrity should not be called to question I never approval decline people like they do in your office.

Nor do I deliberately snuff out form submissions to try and run people out of business squirt boy

These guys paid monies that were owed...unlike Ibill, Epass, Paymonde, Ecommerceglobal, so whats wrong with giving them credit?

don't get your panties in a twist just busting your chops :):):)

Fingers crossed!!

whether its 4.96, 496, or 4960....its was paid...and I don't want credit...I am deviating from my norm of thrashing and giving credit where it is certainly due.

Again Netbilling thanks for sorting out the misunderstanding.

It was the right thing to do, and thats what counts.

I want everyone to know they did the right thing with us, as opposed to others who close processing accounts and keep the some of the funds.

The point is this was resolved when it seemed as if it would never be resolved and I am actually impressed and willing to forgive, forget, and move on....others can learn from this

I agree with kudos. They settled a debt owed.

But here is the thing. With my own eyes I have seen switching methods of accepting cash on Sara's site from something insignificant to a salary most would be comfortable with. (Phone/webcam)

Further, I am going to process her site through a separate merchant account and I WILL post back the results.

Do not under estimate the power of controlling your billing.

I have a slightly different opinion then Sara does onwhy third party billing sucks, but the bottom line is they do. And 100's, if not 1000's, of program owners are getting fucked.

Think about this for a second... if you processes under the same ipsp that say 12 clicks does, don't
You think you will be out under a scrub which, overall, is ok, but may be very unfair for the smaller legit companies?

I know netbilling is a gateway and accommodatesboth private banks as well as ipsp third parties. My comments above was to tell you that 9 form hits, or 90, are worth a shit load more then you feel they are.

And this is how we will do it!

The way you bill is 1000X the importance. Turning a 1.5k gig into a an 8k gig from just billler (and a design) is the money.

I will put my entire rep on this board that I will at least double saraswirls site income with merchant account. Then, we are going to repeat.

Sad day when the illumanati lizard people get to Sarah swirls and make her say good things about billers

NETbilling 07-08-2013 01:49 PM

I'm glad we were able to assist.

Mitch
