Zombaio Please for the love of god do not steal my $40,000
 

Before people flame me for using Zombaio I have 15 mid's and they were one 3rd party account I had that I got lazy about changing my links and I left about 10k a week on it in volume.

Account was fine for 3 years. Then one day all of a sudden they say my cb's are too high and shutting me down and they will pay me my balance in 3 months. I was running at less then 1% cb for 3 years then one month I hit 10%? When I send the same exact traffic to about 5 other direct MID's and they never got nearly that high.

So 4 months go by and they tell me that I have $142 left in my account after cb's when I had $40,000 and I tell them that must be a mistake and they tell me they will look into it but I get no response for 2 weeks now.

I email and get no reply.

I call them and they don't answer cause I guess they have caller ID? I actually heard someone pick up and hang up the phone just now.

I have added Sandra Opperud at Cawen Financial and Michael O on Skype and no reply.

They basically took $40,000 of my money and just bolted.

How on earth did they not think I would come to the boards with this?

AS much of a pain in the ass as it was to get even signed up with them, in case I ever decided to use them as a backup...this seems as good of a reason as any to not use 'em right away.
Man, I wish you luck in clearing all of this up...even w/ chargebacks, there's seemingly NO WAY you had $40,000 of them.

Sometimes visa or mastercard will fine the acquirer $15,000 to $20,000 for this type of shit. I asked them if that was what happened here and if so then we need to do a conference call with them to verify this actually happened due to my account and they said no that did not happen. So they can't use that excuse.

Yeah, I am losing my patience with this company and I feel for others that are also being treated poorly by them.

Processors/Acquirers always seem to be thinking they can get away with not paying out the remaining balance and/or holdback after an account is closed down for whatever reason (cb's, compliance issues, etc). Had it happen multiple times in the past 15 years and lost several 100K.

No argument there...thats been my whole crusade to try and shed light on how often and easy this is done to people in business by those in the middle!

hypothetically he would be fucked if all of his overhead was tied up in that 40,000 k that the middle men are holding.

Fortunately he sounds as if he can take this hit and keep on dealing, but many get hit by the middle men and it actually destroys and ruins their business while the middle men get away scott free with impunity to do it with another client account at some future point.

They have too much rules and regs for us to follow but little to no way to hold them accountable other than GFY message boards when exhibit their desperate middlemen behavior.....this must be corrected.

It is only getting worse by the day, and I think many many many more mom and pops websites will shut down before any big named middle men...and you can take that to the pseudo bank!

I would be ok if they just replied to my questions and emails but they completely straight up ignore me. The few times they have replied, they do not address my concerns. I have asked them 5 times what my balance is and I get nothing. If they would just reply with something like "ok, we looked into it and we owe you around $35,000 after reversals and we will pay you in 90 days" I would be ok with that.

Once someone from a bad history of a certain company employs to a certain company there will be always a problem in the future. A friendly advice, never trust a certain company who hires someone from a company who had a bad reputation.

There is absolutely nothing more to the story. It is very black and white. I am being totally upfront about this. I am not hiding facts to suit my needs. It is very simple. My account got shut down with 40k in it and they will not tell me what my balance is nor pay me nor reply to me in a timely manner.

If someone owed you $40k and 4 months later they tell you that now they only owe you $142 you would be a little upset also and demand answers. I have gotten NO ANSWERS!

I had a processing account with zombaio then switched elsewhere. I still get $100-$200 payments from them even tho I completely forgot about them and don't expect it.

Yeah they pay on small accounts. They go after the big accounts out there and yes I have called many times. They don't pick up for me, or they do and hang up right away on me.

what are your sites? sounds like you have some serious volume

This isn't about my sites or volume. This is about getting Zombaio to take action and do what is right.

Mid just means Merchant Identification Number. It is just another way of saying you have a direct merchant account with an acquirer.

I would like to know what sites of yours caused this as well. Your hiding the sites is not a good indicator. Illegal content, bad traffic sources, rogue processor? One might assume your sites have everything to do with zombaio not paying you. if your sites are straight post them. I'd like to see what generates that kind of volume on a forgotten processor.
