of course your fees will magically eat up all your $, but they won't know about it until later on. seems like the standard time-buy, kick the can down the road explanation, and hope you give up on your $.

i'd hire a lawyer, send a certified letter demanding proof, and CC the card associations on the letter, especially if they were controlling the pay pages the entire time (they were managing the pay process).

without taking sides of what actually happened, failure to communicate on the side of the processor is always an epic fail, and it's a played-out move. i wouldn't hesitate- get legal on it, let them know you mean business and you aren't going away. at a minimum, you'll get information if they aren't answering you.

Thats not really relevant. The truth is even with a 10% cb rate, and getting shut off on your own mid, the processer will still end up oweing you some money.

and typically, they pay.

zombaio somehow thinks they get the money for free, even tho everyone knows whats really going on in most of the adult world.

I might have some sympathy for them had they not hid from a lawsuit from me, however they do hide and do ignore, and do threaten to TMF u for pressing them.

Basically a bunch of hypocrits.

Just curious how $40,000 went to you being owed $32,000 and then receiving $26,000. I would not be happy with them stealing $14,000! I am glad to hear they did send you something though. I am currently getting the run around over $100. Cleared zombaio and then went to redpass. left redpass for my bank almost 20 days ago and still hasn't shown up.
