EXAMPLE: You send the user BigJohn from USA, he lands TubeCamGirl, and his web browser it is flagged forever with your affiliate ID via a never expiring cookie. Then same day, or after a month or whenever, he decide to create a free account. We ask only an username, password and email, no any real name, address or private data ever. As soon as he validate his email with a mailed code (no need he pay or have credit cards, and no need even to login once), he is tracked as your New Free Sign HQ, and you get paid for it. Then in next hours, days, weeks, years, if he keeps watching videos (or just forgot the page open while cam goes), you get paid an extra at each next minutes leech level he reach, no need he ever pay. Note that if an user keeps open 2 or more video chats in tabs or windows, it will count 2 or more times, it means 5 real minutes with 2 windows open, will count +10 minutes in the user account, so it can be an user adds 120 or 150 minutes in its account every 60 real world minutes. PS: "Indians" submitting stolen credit cards to get $200 PPS programs is not that better, each chargeback is $25 fee extra to refunded amount, and oftne is notified a month after the payout is made to the "Indian". Time is money even for "Indians" and 10 tabs open with video going make the pc useless for other things. If you don't think prospective affiliates will read the details of your program, then you've either made it too complicated or are unable to concisely convey the details, most likely both. I think you are the first cam program that pays affiliates more the longer the freeloaders leech your live stream bandwidth. I'm sure you feel the longer the surfer stays the higher probability he'll make a purchase, but do you really need all those levels? I think if he hasn't upgraded in his first 5000 minutes, he most likely never will.

Unlikely 100+ cam girls stay online in a site getting traffic enough for 2 girls. In evenings there are more, it depends by the time of day too, and by how many guys there sending tips. Like every social site, guys and girls must grow together and it will take time. Of course when bigger it may convert easier as more models, but also more people will know of the site already as it is not more new and convert less due to that, accordingly.
Each affilaite can choice if promote it when new or small, or wait it to be bigger but no more unknown, or not to promote it at all.

Yes we're the first cam program paying "affiliates more the longer the freeloaders leech your live stream bandwidth", but mainstream sites do it already, for example the file sharing ones who reward for users downloading files. So we looked at some modern and successful sites such as myfreecams + file sharing + tubes + cam4 and came out with tubecamgirl, and ran it 10 months in stealth mode, looking stats.
And yes, people can purchase the first time well over the first 5000 minutes - I see every day first sales of guys who signed up free back in April or May 2011 which is 9 or 10 months ago.. now regular users make up to 10,000 minutes a month, and this is a first sale after 100,000 minutes of free video leeched. We tried from various traffic sources: skimmed, popunder, banner on tube, tgp, member area of pay sites, SEO and made our statistics. Of course it can be all wrong but we can not know until different affiliates can try and tell us.

Since some time, tubecamgirl it is profitable to us, as we pay a small enough bonus to girls, they stay there due to members tips. We will pay more bonuses if more traffic enough, so we will have patience and wait.
We could have bribed 100 models to stay online every day for a while, but as traffic sent would not have been enough for them, this loss would multiply and never be recovered later. Especially pay them to be online during the super bowl today :)
We have enough models online on our other site chatgf.com , in this moment I see 69 girls (accidentally a cute number), and some thousands are registered and with us from years.
Just most models wait others to try first the new site, it is what I call the "sheeps group effect": the cam girls do not go where seeing too few models (no matter how the site is), and instead will all jump and stay where seeing thousands of girls already (even if they not make $$, they keep there as others are there so they guess there must be a reason).
So members, affliates and humans in general are into the "sheep effect" and that's normal, to reach it it should happen on its own, and not be in loss during the wait or you end up with $200 million debt like some company out there.

Yesterday got some affiliates doing 1:30 or better, that's higher ratio then we could do with our own advertisings or SEO, quite cool. But I wonder what if some of them sp4m myfreecams or other cam site chat rooms or any evil tricks to do so well, how I could find out if http referrer is a redirector or hidden? I email customers asking: hey, was you spammed to find us? Seriously :)

Yes, this is detailed in the instruction page if you open an account. The advertising to 3rd party sites (which is just small links - no any popup, popunder or top/side banners) it is not tracked. This is the same for chaturbate and other programs who pay for free users. There are already good PPS or revshare program, we are not one, we pay for free users.
To reach $15 per user it is true it may need many months, but to reach $4 or $5 this can be quick enough.

They may be text links but they are disguised as part of the sites navigation.

We edit and improve based on feedback, but a new cam affiliate who pay $15 per free user on signup with no untracked ads would be bankrupt and not pay any affiliate the promised $$, would anyone signup?

Affiliates who send many pay users will use cam programs paying $200 PPS or big rev share, not free cam sites, in fact most our affiliates are into free sites already, comparing us with similar programs.
All the details are written in the program page, for who wants to read. We pay for free users, so these few links you found, opens another site asking money for do anything, so no extra free users missed to pay to affiliates, no links send to another free site. And we not pre-sign or email any dating or else stuff to users, unlike someone else (non to talk of popunders, IM bars etc.).

By the way, have you ever seen a pay site member area? Most are full of banners to other sites or have plugins (we know as we give cam plugins too), and this is not credited to the affiliates at all. Yes there are some member areas who are clean and esp. cam sites, but I would say that's less than 50% of them. You look if no links until join page, but miss what's after it.

LOL for 2 years old thread bump. To update, in meantime we added a $3 PPL/CPA offer, and an $80 PPS offer. The Default offer it is still active (pays per minutes of free leech). About whitelabel... given how Google hates whitelabels ("thin content with little or no added value), this is not a priority now. Myfreecams got no whitelabels anyway, and is doing well (thanks also to crakrev, really).
