Few days ago we launched a new live site:

The concept is like cam4, myfreecams etc., so free shows with 1% of guys who tip and 99% freeloaders. Then for private chats there is our normal site ChatGF.com , let's say the old style one (not a whitelabel, is ours).

We are feeding tubecamagirl with banners on tubes (free signup ratio 1:30 - 1:50), skin traffic (trafficholder, trafficshop, choker etc. free signup 1:2000 or so) and else. Someone buy and tip the girls, but need to have patience.

Forgot to say the geotarget on russia, ukraine, romania, czech rep, philippines, colombia and few others, redirects to the partner login page, as this is the country of the girls and they do not want neighbours and relatives to see them. About the biz model, look at cam4, myfreecams and the new stripshow.com from streamray/AFF, in these you find lots of free shows aht the companies sure do money. IF you browse streamate home page a little, you sure will find girls naked or more there too, they're not keeping them strictly clothed anymore. Of course this tube finally advertize ChatGF.com (where we show nothing free and it is even expensive), it simply work better to send people on tube so they stick there because free and maybe buy later at ChatGF, then send to ChatGF directly where they see is a pay site and all closing browser at light speed. But the site is new and we are not cam4 or myfreecams really so it may have biz model faults, the only way to know is test it.

About girls being in MFC at same time: we check this and I see it happen only with 1 model Juanita, most or all the others not even have an account at MFC. About rules at MFC I am unsure they enforce any, the people like it because of the anarchy too. This means, 1 paying guy every 100,000 could be enough, if he is the whale who spend $50,000 a year, this should make sense.

Just a suggestion, maybe its better that the performer or studio selects which countries can access her room instead of blocking complete countries. Spending members travel and ofcourse there are for your business model also members in these countries who you dont want to skip.

This I do for ChatGF, each model list what countries to block, but for the tube that's global as if I block a girl I block the whole site, is a different thing.

Girls must scale up together with pay users traffic. I could allow 100 or 200 girls be online, then most will not get enough tips each and quit, and even say around in our site no one girl make money. At current pay users level we can make happy a dozen camgirls online at same time. We have thousands models registered but stay at the other site with no free chat. For tubecamgirl we got a system that prevents too many girls to go online at same time unless there's the traffic to pay them enough. So guys send us traffic and girls online limit will also be increased.
