MANWIN ACQUIRES DIGITAL PLAYGROUND®

LUXEMBOURG (January 17, 2012) – Manwin has signed an agreement to acquire all assets belonging to Digital Playground®.

Digital Playground Founder and Director, Ali Joone, CEO and President Samantha Lewis will continue to oversee Digital Playground.

“To me this deal is no different than the acquisition of Pixar by Disney,” Joone says, “The consumer is going to see more blockbusters, big budget productions, and it’s our goal to create the next genre of adult entertainment. This acquisition is a marriage between two industry leaders. Adult entertainment is changing and Manwin has a lead on technology.”

“We are so happy that Manwin has no plans to change what’s been working,” Lewis says. “The Digital Playground vision of its contract stars will remain unaffected, with Manwin only supporting them to reach beyond what they think is possible. They understand what makes these women unique, and plan to support them in their own endeavors, while remaining Digital Playground exclusive contract stars.”

The companies have inked a deal that will be closing soon. The terms of the contract are not disclosed.

Ackrell Capital, LLC acted as the financial advisor to Digital Playground in this transaction.

How do we know real dollars changed hands, just because they told us so? You say ratios of 1:500 are good, I see 499 that didn't buy. That's not many buying to pay for a big company like this. If they even are big, everyone has taken a hit, they may be struggling just to get by and this is a way to get attention for both of them. But they could have just traded $1 and merged because the industry sucks and obviously nobody can buy anything. My content is $60,000.
