It says a lot when a large company like Manwin has to hide what other things they own. The implication is that they are either up to no good or they know full well that many people won't want to do business with them.

Could be a goof. Anything is possible. Though, something tells me Manwin isn't going to let someone DMCA on their behalf on content they don't own. That would be filing a false DMCA claim, which can open a can of whoop ass.

So what you have is Manwin really owned Digital Playground all the way back in 2010, or you have Degban filing false DMCA notices with Fabians name on them as far back as 2012. Either one is shady.

I still think it could be something as simple as that being the date that Fabian's bosses at Froytal entered into an agreement with Degban for all of their properties, and so this DMCA notice could be simply a back-dated document.

Did Manwin ever figure out who was behind The Consortium (the group that claimed to have hacked personal data from the Manwin operated Digital Playground)?
