Don't know where exactly this should be posted, sorry if wrong forum. I am wondering for a female friend if it is all good to sell used panties online in the USA? Didn't know if maybe there's some weird laws or something for used underwear. If anyone knows for sure let me know, thanks.

This applies to both the USA and UK ...The goods cannot be shipped via Postal services and if you use a private company,the goods (its the law !!) have to be described " Bio Hazard" resulting in most couriers refusing to handle the items.

If shipping used underwear in Ziplok bags in sealed boxes is considered a biohazard in the U.S., why isn't it considered a biohazard when airline passengers check in luggage containing used underwear? Certainly, TSA officers are more exposed than the U.S. postal service, since they sift through luggage containing used underwear.

I always scratch my head at why people think if you're using the U.S. postal service its a federal offense, but if you use a private company like FedEx, it's not :error
