You would never reveal how many sales per day when constantly bitching about CCBill. I kept saying it must be a very small number of sales if the swings are that big. It looks like I was right if you didn't even have enough in reserves to pay for hosting.

Well when zombaio promised me they wired my money on august 5th...I told hosting I would have them paid by august 8th or 9th once the wire got here...

The wire never came and my hosting never got paid.... We are battling not only 3rd party payment parasites and crooks, but parasitic bankers, who have sucked $2100.00 in fraudulent bank fees from several of our accounts in the past 2 months....

just fucking sucking the money right from under us so yes we are having some trouble and not being paid on time does not help when you are already behind

how is that my fault...they lied about payments being sent...I swore to my host I would have the payment in a few days cause zombaio swore they sent it to me...so I look like a fool with the host, and they did what they have to do...because of a liar and desperate company

Before Z it was CCBill conspiracies. Kept talking about submission % and all kinds of other stuff to explain no sales some days but would never own up to how many sales an average day had. If it were 50+ sales a day I could see there being something, but if it's less than 5-10 a day of course you can have a day with hardly any or no sales.

Hosting can cost as little as ten-twenty bucks. A smart business person has their shit backed up on several accounts in case a Host fails or has downtime. Then you simply switch the DNS and you're saved.

You complain about CCBill, Z, hosting - at this point I'm not sure what kind of business you're running. Many on here, including me, tried to help you by giving you some very basic, practical advice:

You always have the choice of discontinuing a business relationship, be it billing, hosting, whatever. You can try and work within a relationship but if it turns sour best to bail. Instead, you go apeshit on public boards.

Everyone has posted a bitch thread every now and then, me included, but ultimately, after awhile, in the end, it's YOU (the customer) who has to decide to continue or move on.

We tried to help but there you are, gone apeshit yet again. Good luck whatever happens.

Sorry to hear about what is happening to you Swirlsgirl. But unless Zombaio still owes you money for late payments I don't see that they are even partially at fault for this. It makes sense for them to suspend the account after 48 hours and halt rebills until it is back up. I hope you get things back up and running though. I guess sometimes these things can be a lesson for us.

they say they sent an email and got no response after 2 days....welll how many people around here send zombaio emails and get no response for 3-4 days with questions about payouts.... they are hypocrites, they are depserate they tried to close our account last month and when I show you the run around and they gave us, along with the pure lies...I mean not even white lies....just big lies.... telling me I have no right to have a credit card logo on my site....they threatened to close my account and hold funds last month if we did not remove a mastercard logo!

They said mastercard informed them to tell me to take down my mastercard logos.....then I ask for the contact info of who at mastercard told them that....then they changed the story and said it was not mastercard but their abuse departments own special investigation

I said who is in charge of the abuse department they would not give me a name...they said it was located in another building, they said since I had no merchant account I had better take down the credit card logos....

Zombaio never asked if we had a merchant account they just assumed and when we told them they were in error and were misinformed and about to close a good and valid account in error...they demanded that I send them my perosnl merchant account id#, and other information that is private that I would never give to anyone much less fucking zombaio's investigation department...

I mean they are full of lies and horseshit...I have other webmasters confessing the same to me in private emails, so I am not alone with these sentiments but I am alone in expressing them...

I could lay out 7 or 8 lies huge lies that they have told in the past 60 days.... they are liars, I am sorry I would expect better I never took nothing from them, never had an issue until they started fucking up payouts as most companies I have worked with...

Doesn't the money in the Zombaio account belong to your subscribers in lieu of services rendered? If Zombaio gave you all the money in your account, who would pay for all the refunds and chargebacks coming in now, Zombaio, out of their own pocket? If I give a clean hooker $5 in lieu of pending oral service, that hooker retains those funds until services are rendered. If services are rendered with defect, or not at all, I get my money back! Unless the hooker runs off with the money then I'm shit out of luck, UNLESS, I charged the $5 on the hookers merchant account. most likely the problem lies somewhat with you ? because really ? your sites are down because some company did not pay you $350 ? thats just pathetic ..

if you are serious about your sites you should at least pay hosting in full for a year in advance .. that way you don't have to worry too much .. maybe one month the bill is a bit more because of a surge in traffic, but that wont matter as you have paid in full and thus have enough credit with the host that they wont just shut down your site ...
