July 2011 paypal account gets shut down, under very suspicious circumstances had no problem with account for 7 years then within 24 hours of zombaio trying to shut us down we get shut down from paypal...but no conspiracy here...just coincidence 5. August 2011 business bank account had over $1000.00 sucked out of it in fraudulent overdraft fees... so yes it seems as if more of our time is spent battling with financial companies and maybe it has made us crazy and unstable, all we know is we are capable of generating good money, but are having trouble receiving payouts, and then when we receive them we have a shady bank trying to juice us with ridiulous fees... so so what I put my business out there, I am a human being, and I am not ashamed to admit that we are struglling to get by...so when I have payouts that I count on, and then they don't arrive, it creates a horrible domino effect, because you are trying to play catch up. I must also say in spite of all the asshole responses there have been a number of you who have contacted me thru email today in an attempt to help resolve this...some of you know me, and some of you don't but it is very comforting to know that there are real individuals who feel my pain, and can sympathize and offer resources and ideas to get thru this...God Bless you guys, we appreciate it and may have to take some of your ideas and implement them at this point. Sorry for the rant, I am very frustrated, I never enjoy this, My only motive is to make sure I don't get screwed yet again with my money, and I try to warn others so they don't get screwed ... Again thanks for all the input even if you don't agree with me, thanks for taking the time to show me that you don't |

It's not me having problems with paypal, ccbill, or any of the others. It's always you. That's great news for you. You see, uf the problem was Zombaio, paypal, ccbill, 2000charge and all if the others you'd be screwed because there would be nothing you could do about it. Because the problems always involve YOU that means toy have something to do with it and you can do something about it when YOU do.something differently. That's great to know. If everyone was having problems with every single billing company you'd be out of luck, but because it's always you having problems with every company, you can fix iy changing what you do. Sweet! |
Swirlsgirl, I think that nothing can be added to everything you have been told. Even if you're right, you lost credibility with your manners. Maybe try to resolve things in a professional way next time.
I won't even go into the details of your hosting depending on such a small amount since I understand things might be rough from time to time, but there are ways to do things, and I don't think you're handling your business properly. The above being said, there were several alarms about Zombaio last weeks, and if you REALLY got a promise you would be paid on 5th August (being REALLY the keyword) and they didn't pay you, then I understand why are you so mad, and yes, they would be the ones at fault. Now, being that your opposition is a customer representative who has his own reputation pretty tarnished to say the least, and because of the bunch of people who had trouble last weeks, there's a chance you're in the right. But see how things go? You've behaved in a way you became just annoying rather than informative, hence the flaming you're getting. And the guy who lied to everybody about tens (maybe even hundreds) of millions of dollars being stolen gets more support than you do. That's the perception people has of you.
