More like backing tracks (which most musicians doing choreography use). On the video from different cams, you can hear the doubling of her voice, and when she falls it drops out. The use of backing tracks isn't limited to just pop music...it's plenty present in rap, country and rock as well.

It's be pretty hard to dance around for 45 minutes with high energy, while STILL sounding anywhere near the original recording.
