Calling out Naughty America - Reputable??

Naughty America owes Dreamsubmitter $5910.

this was the last email i received from them:

Sent: Monday, June 13, 2011 2:45 PM
To: Reilly Novak
Subject: Re: last email

Paypal will work. I'll get the payment out in full on Friday. I'll be glad to be able bring this account current.

Since this email (4 months ago) i have sent them numerous emails to get this cleared up but have heard nothing in response. I was once under the impression Naughty America was a reputable company, can someone from your company please contact me and get this taken care of?

I'm hoping this is just a misunderstanding and can be sorted out in the next couple days.

They are reputable and have always paid me in the end but there have been sporadic reports of late payments since late last year from multiple people. All of which were resolved as far as I know. I hope you used at least one other means like ICQ or phone to contact them since sometimes spam filters and other issues can prevent emails from being read.

I feel sorry for people relying soley on affiliate payments from programs. The writing is all over the walls these days.

That's why the character of the owner and management matter almost as much as the conversions these days. It's been years since I've not been paid or had a payment any later than a month. It's part luck but also because I try to pay attention and not do business with shady people. Good to see Naughty Revenue is making this one right. They've been around for a while and have paid me a lot over the years. I wish them success.

Recently a check bounced from them...

So I contacted them and they had switched "accounts". My check was old so they sent me another one and it was from the same bank. This one had an extra $50 tacked on for the mess up. It bounced.

So I contacted them and they had switched "banks" and somehow made my new check from the old account. So they tacked on $100 extra for this fuck up and sent it via FedEX.

Got it the next day and this time it worked. I was happy for the extra cash. Since I am not the one that does the banking for my company, it worked out great... for me!
