                                                              When I first hit here I was telling people most were buying crap content, that wouldn't do them any good in the long run. Most of the crap content producers in those days have long gone.

                                                              I also told them that spending 50% on getting a client and 10% (Approx figures) on the product or keeping him wasn't going to work. Especially when a rebill is found money that costs less.

                                                              I also told them treating a customer badly isn't good for long term. Because someone will find a way to satisfy his needs better and make a profit.

                                                              Fast Forward to 2011.

                                                              Sites full of poor to average content shot by people who couldn't work in offline porn, mainly.

                                                              Retention is crap. So are ratios because.

                                                              They found a better person to satisfy their needs. The sites throwing out free porn in the hope of getting a sale on the 1 in 1,000s who can be persuaded.

                                                              This industry is in the shitter because instead of competing with free porn, it aids to the opposition to buying.

                                                              You never win friends telling them they're doing something wrong and being proved right.

                                                                  There is a market in any niche you go into as long as you know to market yourself. If you are good at what you do stick to it. Money isn't what it use to be in porn, but if you put effort into what ýou want to be established you can succeed.

                                                                  There is not a get rich quick method, it takes dedication and you only get results if you are willing to work for it.

                                                                  I respect you as a person and as someone that has had success in the adult industry and wish you many more happy, successful years to come.

                                                                                                                          The problem with porn is a lot thought it was easy and a get rich quick business.

                                                                                                                          The problem is many didn't have a clue what the market was and thought marketing = giving it away.

The people will sign up and when they get inside they will freak because the paysite lacks uniqueness and doesn't keep recurring members. Research your niche, find suitable videos, and have a page or a forum where questions can be answered so they know they are paying for something that will interest them. Refunds suck, dedicate yourself into one paysite at a time and when you have profitable results, and understand what a average joe is looking for, you will eventually start making it.

                                                                                                                                          Paul understands the basic principals of what people like to see and what people want. That made him successful. As time goes by all he has to do is adapt to the new standards and profit off new ways if he needs to and I think he has enough grasp on adult to do so.

                                                                                                                                                                                      As someone who has dealt with Paul over a couple of years and knows him and his 'exploits' very well I can safely say that he can shoot pictures and videos of amateur style porn, but when it comes to the webmastering business he is an idiot.
