What's the best Paysite you've seen? Why?

My personal pick is Brazzers. Their layout, options, updates, just a really well thought out and well maintained site.

One I liked from 97 would be a dinosaur today....since almost no design is timeless....

I remember one from ARS (Petite Girls or something) that was a very minimal and somewhat boring design, but I really liked it and converted above average. Pre 2000 era.

Shap, your site is pretty simple/clean and has a modern/web2.0 feel to it, so I personally like it. Here is a quick suggestion which I think will increase your conversions:

When someone clicks through to the join form from any specific model's page, show that model instead of Kayden on the join form.

Simple change, that IMO will lead to positive results. :2 cents:

For pussy lovers specifically, you might want to take a look at www.WetAndPuffy.com they do an excellent job of focusing on the female genitalia in a variety of contexts and even have their own vagina sorting system in place.

You know to be honest you guys have a lot of content that's obvious. The one thing that isn't obvious is whether you guys truly like porn. Porn.com has always felt like a big mish mash but no true passion behind it. That's one thing I really like about Bang and Rk. They truly love it. They love coming up with the scenarios and the ideas and they love the product they produce. I don't get that feeling about porn.com.

Love them as well. I prefer their content but I think Brazzers have a better members area in terms of being well thought out, slick, easy to use.

I agree as well with Brazzers , I have a user/pass since 07 and it has gotten better an better every day...

RK. Best "porn" feel i get from a paysite. Their banners and stills are amazing, really gets your juices flowing. What i don't like is their member area navigation.

Brazzer is ok, but looks too much like all other paysites in same category, and their images are just that, images. When i see an RK image, i really think, "wow, that is one banging porn scene" (which is not always the case :) ).

How do you manage being the jack of all trades? Is one person in charge of all content? Or do you have divisions that specialize in each specific branch of content.

Do you feel having the huge mix and diversity of content is what makes the low price point viable for you? It's kinda like walmart vs Christian LouBoutin and Hermes (yeah it's fuckin xmas those brands are still ringing in my head LOL :1orglaugh:1orglaugh). Walmart is all about low prices and offering a wide range of generic products at a lower price point where the others offer a very niche high end product at a premium price. For most adult sites lowering their price would not increase the bottom line. Do you think that is why?
