so far, I've only heard they are about fiscal responsibility, that scares the liberals I guess, so they attack them.

watch the video, that woman even got past "THE VIEW" with the core values of the Tea Party

Give me a break, you putting up an opinion piece when if you watch the video, it has a Tea Party member sitting with the View, except for one person, a very liberal show and they agreed with the core values of the Tea Party as they heard it on that show.

Education: Less is more.
Defence: A tank in every back yard.
Healthcare: Derp! That's commie word
Taxes: The fact that defence cost money and that taxes pay for it never crosses their minds.
Religion: A giant cross in every front yard.
Gay marriage: Still don't believe that Rock Hudson took it in the back.
Abortion: Only for their own daughters, especially if boyfriend is black.
Economy: See Taxes.
Government: Whut?
States rights: Only if it keeps black people out.
Marijuana: Derp! That's a hippy word!

Slutboat 08-30-2010 01:12 AM

wow Tbaggerzilla you didn't do any research into your fake partys actual stances did you?The so called Tea Party has ONE purpose - Destroy the Ngger!!! They don't give a flying FUCK about fiscal responsibility otherwise they wouldn't be duped into supporting the extension of the Bush tax cuts which will increase the deficit by 3 trillian dollars.

You really can't see that you are a blind mouse being told what to think by Faux news? Wake up and smell the reality, you've been had.

Doesn't seem like any of the usual Tea Bag party supporters can actually even answer this question. If you're going to support a political party you should at least know what they stand for.

12clicks 08-30-2010 06:11 AM

its funny watching the rabble.
they had a brief taste of obama and his promised handouts and now see it slipping away as the intelligent voter realizes they have to get out and vote.

the country almost went stupid. poor poor rabble.

Brujah 08-30-2010 06:21 AM

I meant Tea party, didn't mean to throw a "bag" in the middle of it. So far I understand they were:

- against the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, which was backed by Bush and McCain,
- against American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, also backed by Bush and McCain,
- in favor of Federal Reserve Transparency Act, initiated by Ron Paul and Bernie Sanders in opposition to the transparency given by Bush,

Seems like they're more Libertarian. Nothing like Bush or McCain.

Right, I made a mistake calling them the Tea Bag party too. :) I didn't mean it in a derogatory manner, and trust me I have no problem being derogatory when I want to be. Still, if you're going to be in support of what they stand for, you should at least know what you're in support of right?

What part of "tired of tyrannical rule" dont you understand?

Your biggest mistake is to equate the tea party as a fringe group of the Republican political party, its more of a independent sociopolitical set of beliefs of people, I would say a vast portion of the tea party are older folks who tend to vote conservative.

You do realize tea party backed candidates run against Republicans and Democrats.

The current Republican party mainstream has been hijacked over the years by corporations, just as the Democratic party has, I would guess the tea party movement is somewhat of a revival of original conservative Republican beliefs. You have to understand that for most of the late 19th century and early 20th century the Republican platform was VASTLY different than it is today.

Thats ok, keep laughing, keep bashing, keep thinking they dont mean anything, they are going to take this country back and nothing is going to stop them.

This isnt just about Obama, or the Democrats, its about the unfettered crony capitalism and rapid moral and social decline.

It has everything to do with class divide and the destruction of social order.

Rich corporations and their Republican/Democratic allies want to destroy the middle class.
Socialists and anarchists want to change the social structure of America to EXCLUDE the majority at all costs.

Might I add that Obama and the current leaders of the houses are part of the rich corporations, Obama just happens to be a closet socialist as well. Bush, Clinton both were in bed with corporations.

I would say the last time we had a truly independent President was Ronald Reagan.

WTF are you talking about?! The tea party is owned and controlled by Big Oil, Fox, and the Health Insurance companies. The insurance companies bused in the "angry mobs" throughout the early town hall meetings in opposition to healthcare reform, which Fox was more than happy to gin-up.

You say you are against the corporate take-over of this country, while simultaneously playing right into their hands. You are a fool.

I also have a business in China, and honestly thats where the future is. I honestly cant wait for the new age to begin .. I tried to start a business in the US several years back and got sick of having to jump through 10000 hoops .. at least China wants my investment and business. Good times :)

cambaby 08-30-2010 08:51 AM

Yes because obviously running Tea Party backed candidates against Republican corporate cronies is their new strategy. Idiot, they run AGAINST Republicans.
