My ADSL syncs at 8Mbps, but it's software limited to 3Mbps, and the exchange is so congested that at times the effective bw is more like 0.3Mbps... LOL <-- not sure why I'm laughing really

i have no clue - but what i can say is: Prague downtown is insanely expensive, Brno is also not that cheap anymore. You can save a lot by staying away from those 2 city centers.
