I have access to this house that is not being occupied as of right now in South Florida. Would anyone be interested in renting this space? Also, What is the going rate to rent such a location?

As a former real estate broker, fair rental is approximately 7% of market value. That's annually.

So... $3,500,000 X .07 = $245,000

Then, you divide that by 12 months in the year.

So.. market rent is approximately $20,000 a month.

2-5k per day to rent... but, that would be furnished :2 cents:

I can't see many people renting it for shoots without furniture. Monthly rentals maybe, but not day or weekend.

the outdoor area has potential and u can get money for rental but with these pics in this economy you will get 0, get good detailed shots

I am an adult movie producer with a professional respectful crew who films in South Florida multiple days every week and I would be interested in such a location. Not having furniture limits the potential severely however. But the outside area looks very nice and is certainly usable and perhaps some shoots could be done inside in the shower or if we can find a way to bring a piece or two of furniture to dress the set in the other indoor rooms. If you are looking for big money however, it's not practical for me to go through all of that trouble. I'd consider around $300 or so if I can schedule a couple of shoots over the course of an eight plus hour day. More than that is not worth it to me for a unfurnished house.

Unfurnished, that is tough. Leaving just the outside or a few select spots inside to work in.

$200 - $300 a day is very fair without furniture. HOWEVER, if it was furnished to match the quality of the home, you could get an easy $600 - $800 a day for it, I would think.

What city is this in?

How close is it to Ft. Lauderdale?
