Thats true. People cry about other drugs like coke and everything else really while at the same time theyre getting drunk as fuck.

Alcohol is a really strong drug like so many other drugs but for some reason acohol is totally accepted and the rest is oh so evil.

Of course you can't stuff the cat back in to the bag once it leaps free. It was tried and it failed pretty miserably.

On a side note, is today "Grade School Level Realization Day" or something? Can I play too?

I am so fucking glad alcohol isn't banned the world would be a fucking drag without the joys of reasonable amounts of alcohol.

I admit that we here in Denmark has a unhealthy relationship to alcohol and that looking back on the last 10 years of my life I see a whole list of things which could have put me in a wheelchair or killed me due to silly things conducted under influence. But mostly I remember having a enormous amount of fun and joy out of alcohol altogether :)

funniest thing is when i hear people who don't drink jusitfy not drinking because they want to live to see their kids grow old, but then step outside and suck down a pack a cigarettes a day. fact is, vices are supported by and profited on by the very people who say "don't do this" or "don't do that", mainly government and mass media companies. you can't turn on t.v. without seeing a show with booze as a product placement, or plotlines written around all the things that make life interesting, drugs and alcohol. sad but true, society endorses them through many means of financial support not linked to directly purchasing the vice. alcohol is a dangerous drug, worse than some that are illegal, but its not the alcohol's fault that people use it irresponsibly. just like a gun, it takes a person to do wrong with it.
