Xenadryne... how bad is it really?
I want to lose between 15 and 20 pounds, and although I am against diet pills, I dont have enough will to actually go on a diet. So, despite the fact that Xenadryne with Ephedra has been banned in the States, it is available in Mexico.
But, how dangerous is it really? Has anyone tried it? |
it doesn't matter what pill you are taking if your diet isn't in order. it just won't make a difference at all. the only role for thermogenics in weight loss is when someone has low body fat and wants to go lower.
its ephedra thats banned by the way. i dont think its been proven to be bad in any real way at all. |
Its bad, Except when it makes you go so fast that you have to clean the house.

I used to take it with the ephedra, never had a problem with it. It can be different for everybody though. Also, if you're not going to excersise or diet with it, it's probably not gonna do much.

I agree with them. I use to take it too. But will like any diet you have to eat right and excerise..

Check out ECA stack: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ECA_stack - it's essentially the same thing. You can buy the ingredients separately and save money. Also, ECA is better. Xenadrine doesn't contain ephedrine anymore. Using the ECA stack will get you cut up and get you to lose water weight quickly. Just keep away from high sodium containing foods and watch your carb intake - breads and pasta especially.
Don't believe the hype when it comes to this Ephedrine (which is the only reason why Xenadrine was considered 'bad'). Alcohol kills more people in a day than Ephedrine has since it's introduction to the supplement industry. Oh, and there is a magic pill - it's called T3. It's a thyroid hormone: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thyroid_hormone. You'll die instantly when you take it -- or so the media says, lol. It's a great way to burn fat and lose water weight. It decreases any bloated look you get from eating too much sodium and carbs. T3 is the hormone that is in a nutshell your metabolism. When someone is thin and says they have a high metabolism, then there body natually produces more T3 than average. supplements 5% everything is bad if you do too much, ive taken ephedra (16mg/day) i think in each serving there is 24mg of ephaedra in xenadryne tho |

i know what u mean about the cold..sometimes a multivitamin isnt enough when ur body isnt fully rested because you are dieting...best thing to do is eat alot on the days u feel ur gettingsick

yeah...i run about 4-5 miles a day at least 3-4x a week..that keeps it off....
weights not too much although i should do more.... u can always try to take some zync echincea to bolster ur immune system.. |

the problem is that I dont have the time to exercise much since I work about 10 hours a day and after that I have to take care of my baby and husband, and some a little bit of stuff around the house. Plus since I sit in front of my computer all day long, I don't burn many calories. I don't think I eat that bad or that much for that matter, it's just a matter of low metabolic rate because of not moving much.
I used to be a professional cyclist when I was younger, and after that, I worked out a lot, but now I'm a mommie, and you guys know that mommies don't have much me-time. |
by the way, Xenadryne with efedra (or is it ephedra) is available in Mexico without a problem, and I spend weekends in Mexico, so...
