finish my 1.3 million dollar strip mall ( i have subway under contract already preleasing a unit) and if anyone has a brain, knows that where subway goes, allot of other established businesses will folow. so I got that on lock down.
2nd.... my 22 rental units are 1/2 way paid off because off all the hard work my affiliates have dne for me. thank you. that will yeild me about 8k net per month

current investments that have almost tripled in value starting at 300k total now worth 900k
2 seperate oil drilling exploration investments.... 8 out of 12 wells have struck oil. got lucky there, plus 80% tax writeoff
a friction self serve automatic car wash expected todo 36 cars per day avging $7 per wash = $7560 - 1.30 per car in expenses = $6,156

even without selling epic wich is my last break from adult in about 3 years here I am

8k profit rentls
$6k carwash (consevative considering walmart is beign built 2 blocks away from my location
$1200 oil investment dividends
$18,200 a month + epiccah revenue and a couple other tricks up my sleave
lets not forget my retirement, my savings, and my 2 houes and all my watches lol
just wanted to brag and let everyone know that short of dying or going to prison for killing someone... I am set for life.
fuck each and every one of you. but i do love my affiliates and thus is why you are seeing such rewards recently coming your way and much more to come.
its been a long trip and alot of hard work, but clearly it paid off.
