GFYers: Does anyone here get any excercise?
I know we have a lot of keyboard jocks that couldn't be involved in a lot of physical activity on a daily basis. I know I post a lot about partying but I do go to the gym about 4 times a week (2 hours each time), hike, surf, mountain bike, try to eat right (sometimes) and have a number of other healthy habits that do not involve beer, weed, hookers, blow, or Jaugermiester.
Physical activity has been a part of my life since I was 12 (my mom was a health freak) and it always will be, I suppose. So question is: Do you ever get any excersise? |
I work out at the gym 3 times a week at least....run one or two times a week, golf about once every two weeks, play tennis about once a week. I'm 5'9" 170lbs....i like to take care of myself...

Since i'm a AWM, i only sit and work.
When i was 18 years old, i loved to bicycle, now i'm 31 and when i'm thinking of my bike i get tired. |
yep I do, only at home though... crunches, pushups and other muscle-building stuff, occasionally jogging... works nice for me... and I care about my nutrition...

I used to workout for hours everyday before becoming a webmaster :( ... then i went to shit... but gonna be starting back up soon.

i need to get back to the gym, but i signed up for a pretty serious rugby league, so that should help. or if at worst, I'll have some badass scars =p

I try to either jog or lift at the gym 4-5 days a week, but it's so hard to keep that up in between all the hangovers :(

I work out a minimum of 3 days a week.. Cardio, weights, natural resistance.. Then I like to go snowboarding on the weekends or play football with the guys. I stay in decent shape.

I just bought a treadmill and weights about 2 weeks ago. So far been working out for 2 weeks and feeling great. Being on the computer 12-14 hours a day is tough on the body. Hopefully i can keep it up :upsidedow

You have to. For example ... I jogged 3 miles and did 30 laps in my pool today. I do that 3 times a week and then do a navy seal workout 3 days a week.

Well some friends already call me excercise addict. I do aerobics 3 times a week, squash once a week, regular gym excercise twice a week and now, when the weather is good, I do also rollerblading + daily looong walk with my dog. Not that I see any results :1orglaugh

I used to go running every day, and do a workout every other day... but since my cash program + girlfriend I have really slacked off.
