As I read this thread I thought you would be crazy not to take it until I read this. Moving is a pain in the ass and it costs a lot. Why move in and probably really like the place just to have to leave and do it all over.

If Oregon is that cheap and you like living there, you'll find something else.

They don't have no gay communities there do they ?

Tat2Jr 11-29-2004 05:13 AM

If you move to Salem be sure to buy a gun, because you're gonna want to stick in in your mouth and pull the trigger within a month.

xclusive 11-29-2004 05:17 AM

Don't do it dude it's too much trouble to only have to move in maybe a month or 2 find something a little more stable...:2 cents:

$5 submissions 11-29-2004 05:18 AM

Looks like it has a killer view.

Oh my...Will be very hard to find a house like this for that prize in the Netherlands.
A house like that would do 2 million euro here...without ground...

1100 is dirt cheap. You can get a decent 1 bedroom or shitty 2 bedroom apt around here for that much usually.

Manowar 11-29-2004 05:43 AM

awesome view

lucwylder 11-29-2004 07:15 AM

Very Nice. Can you shoot porn there?

Thats insane. I'm looking at moving to a different buidling, and all the 1 bedroom apartments are like $1100+ (and they're not even that nice, hardwood floors, 20 yr old building, etc).

undermyspell 11-29-2004 07:55 AM

Is it just me or does that look like the Brady Bunch House? nice though..

That would depend on the future value of the house completely.
When you expect it might go down its far better to rent.

indeed it is , renting something for more than $650 is dumb !

you are better off renting some cheap appartement now till you can afford to BUY a house

that house is 350K if you make a decent living ( at least 10k a month) you should be able to save up $6500 a month, after only three years of saving you would have like 234K and enough to buy the house with a reasonable small loan

:2 cents:

macho 11-29-2004 08:48 AM
