OK.. getting some answers... ugggg

Ok... working with ccbill right now... been on the phone with the tech support and meeting with here in Vegas tonight.

I am seeing what you are seeing. In my admin it is showing only 1 rebill after the first sale. When i go to edit that number it does not give me an edit feature. I can edit the pecentage payout, but it will not let me change the 1 back to 99 that it has been set at from day one.

I was on the phone with ccbill's tech department for the last hour and they are showing it set at 99. From how they explained to to me it appears that if you select 99 rebills it shows opt "1" as the default. I have no idea why and either does the head of ccbills tech department. They are turning it over to programming and getting it fixed now. However, they show me paying out 99 times on there end.

Please call 888-909-0666 and hit the number 3. My account number is 918046. Tell them you are an affiliate of mine and you want to verify your rebill payout and how long we pay on rebills. Also ask how long you have been set at that so no one will think we just changed anything.

They are expecting your calls.

This seems to be a programming issue from when they went to there new affiliiate admin system. We have also concluded that we will not be the only sponsor with this programming error. We are looking in to is at a very aggressive pace.

Now.. Everyone of our affiliates are at 100% until this matter is cleared and we can address this will ccbill and they can make a statement on this issue.

brand0n 01-06-2004 10:44 PM

what happens if someone rebills 100 times?:1orglaugh

rooster 01-06-2004 10:44 PM

You might wanna consider action against CCBill if you're for real.

Your rep is kinda shit because of it. Maybe you should get CCBill to stand up and admit it was a programming thing on their end, and not your being a cheater, if its true.

rooster 01-06-2004 10:48 PM

in due time. The payoff is probably being negotiated

gornyhuy 01-06-2004 10:50 PM

Yep... somebody needs to take the blame on this thing or offer a very solidly backed public explanation. :2 cents:

psyko514 01-06-2004 10:50 PM

this is the information CCBill provides regarding this option:
http://ccbillhelp.ccbill.com/content...opts_affil.htm

i'm curious to find out why you simply did not leave the "stop paying rebills" option set to 'no' ?

Alot of trying to figure out what the hell was going on is what it took. haha!

I could not get to a computer to really look at things until about 40 minutes ago. I was on a computer in a room at the Venetian and its crazy slow so I could not access my ccbill admin.

As I said.. Im seeing what the affiliates are seeing. "1" rebill. CCbill has verifed to me that its 99. They reset my admin, entered 99 from there end and still came back as showing 1 rebill. We dont know why yet, but they assur eme everyone is set on 99 and have been from the start. Its our default setting since Dec 13 2002.

Once again call tech support at ccbill 1-888-906-0666 ext 3. Our account number is 918046. Have them verifty if for you.

[Brian] 01-06-2004 10:53 PM

I guess all the designers and models you didn't pay will require a 2nd and 3rd thread :1orglaugh

SKULL 01-06-2004 10:54 PM

So if this was set up by default, are you gonna pay back all the unpaid rebills (if possible) ..... ?

FiReC 01-06-2004 10:54 PM

So have affiliates been getting paid on more than one rebill or not?

If people were not getting paid there rebills I sure would. However, with doing a search on there end and on mine.. everyone seems to be getting all of there rebills. I have check abotu 40 accounts so far and from what I can see on my end.. everything is right. However, ccbill will be doign a search and database check of there own on our behalf.

LOL you are full of shit... I have 20 + ccbill programs that went threw the same changes as you did & they dont say end rebills (1) All of them are rebilled for life. You cheated & now you are trying to get yourself out of it:321GFY

I don't think anyone is gonna buy this excuse. Even if corvett from CCBill confirms it people will be pretty damn skeptical. Jeff doesn't seem to have a real good reputation for being an honest businessman from what I'm reading.

Look guys.. we can go on and on all night. We are on it and people are being paid. This seems to be a programming issue on ccbills end. I can verify that people are being paid on all rebills for as long as there surfer remains a customer.

CCbill WILL be clearing this issue asap!

Trust me, I am not a happy camper right now and plan on getting to the bottem of this issue with them.

Once again.. Call them and verify that you are at 99 rebills (th ehighest they allow by the way) Dont take my word for it.. Call they tech department.

Another thought, maybe it's at .99 :1orglaugh

His first post regarding the issue was under a different person's nickname and just a bunch of shitslinging against Mutt, etc.

If you were innocent I'd think your first post would be something like 'whoa thanks for bringing this to our attention, we'll get it fixed ASAP and have CCBill confirm the glitch for you guys'

So far I've yet to see a single webmaster say they've gotten paid for rebills through this program ... surely there must be someone around?

Fair enough. :)

Anything is possible, I'd like to believe you are not guilty of what you are accused, but the current evidence strongly pushes all of us to believe that you are...

As I said.. ccbill we clear this issue. No worries here.

We are at the Vegas show with our friends and co-workers. We have done everything we can do tonight to provide you with as many answers as possible.

We have no idea why its showing 1.. its showing 1 for us also and ccbill swears it is 99. Working on it. Best we can do at this point, but ccbill has some serious explaining to do.

Night all
