well their side is that it could be used legimately. there are a few (rare) sites that say something like we will pay you the first 3 rebills only. someone posted a link to a site like that in one of the other threads (so many now i can't keep track tho).

So no one can confirm that they have been paying rebiils? I usually buy a subscription to whoever I promote to just test things out, sometimes I get lazy and never cancel, nice to see that the programs are still counting my personal rebeill, its a nice safety net against some crap people may pull.
