No Im not ranting and bitching because shaving or whatnot, Im bitching as a customer of porn site!

Once in a blue moon I join a paysite and check out the content (cuz im horny and what i have available to me is just not my mood). So I join this one site for a $5 3 day trial....and while you join it asks if you want to get a 3 day trial to another site for only $2... so i click on the checkbox, and click ok.

I come to find out it tacked on 2 additional trial previews without fucking asking me to begin with. So I go to my account at Paycom.net and cancel all my fucking memberships, yet one of the trials I never asked for says 'active preview' and I cannot even fucking cancel... it wont let me. Only until after the free 24 hours preview was over, was I able to cancel something I never fucking asked for, agreed to, and was not even offered with!

Not only that, more then half the transactions I was billed for by Paycom doesnt even show up on their 'database' as the customer srv rep told me. I used my Paypal account to pay for this, and I was charged $5, then $2 x 3 same day, then yesterday a charge of $3.... This is money already gone from my account (not alot I know, not the point) and only $7 of that is reflected in their DB. Fucking crooks cant even keep records! Or purposely they like to have them wrong, eh?


My point to all of YOU is these fucks are tacking on charges without asking. Fucking cons. For you people who use these assholes, I wonder how many chargebacks you get?

Whatever. As a customer, I will be caught dead before you see me purchasing anything using PAYCOM.net. As a webmaster, I have never used them for my sites, and fucking never will.

The first site I went to, before you purchase there is a checkbox that offers the extra trial, so I checked that, and it brought me to another page that offered yet another checkbox for another discounted trial - but I DID NOT check that one, i just completed the order without checking any additional crap. And I pay very close attention when I order online.

Im just pissed for two fucking reasons: They tacked on shit I never asked /signed up for, and they charged me for those yet say they dont fucking have it (reflected in their DB)!

So if thats not a con job then WHAT THE FUCK.

The rep I spoke with credited my original transactions, so I got my $7 back, but I still have another $7 missing from them that they say they don't have.

Y'all understand the difference in a pre-auth and a charge? I'm guessing not and that has something to do with it... they are pretty clean on their disclosure -- in compliance with Visa, just like the other good processors.

When I joined, there was NOTTTT two offers (two checkboxes). I CLEARLY remember being only ONE.

If for some reason when I joined it did not correctly list the second offer but was somehow processed as being checked off, I dunno if that could happen.

I was only offered ONE extra trial, and when I had that checked, it brought me to another page that asked me if i wanted another free trial, which I did NOT check off. I remember saying to myself ' one extra one is enuff, let me just continue with what the fuck i came here for'.

I don't know what ezclick is, the question here is why they fucking charge us $2 per site other then the one we choosed to join when it says "No Charge" on the signup page.

You think that on a free trial there is no pre-authorization? That anyone and everyone gets access?

Let's go thru this real slowly and you take notes ok, since free trials work the same way with every processor I know of, and I'd hate to see you dogging someone else next week.

A free trial is pre-authorized for the amount of the rebill BEFORE you are allowed access. Therefore if you do a free five day trial on a site that rebills at 40 bucks monthly then your card will get pre-authorized for 40 dollars BEFORE you get access to the site on the free trial.

Does that mean you've been CHARGED 40 bucks? NO. It means that the processor has a 'lien' so to speak against 40 dollars of your available credit and a certain number of days in which to settle this charge or it becomes unavailable to the processor.

On the off chance that you've never stayed in a hotel where you put a credit card up for amenities like room service and long distance then you wouldn't realize that hotels do the exact same thing. They PRE-AUTHORIZE a certain amount per day IN CASE you order room service, make long distance calls or wipe out the mini-bar. IF you DONT do any of those things, then they settle your bill for the nightly rate only and a few days later the pre-auths fall off your card and that money is available to you.

No one tells you they are pre-authorizing you, it's common sense on anything that you are getting that you aren't paying for right now since they don't know for sure how much to charge you.

Why? because *I* think your story doesn't add up.

There are three different companies that own the sites you have listed. Therefore you didn't get slapped with pre-auths from these sites by visiting one join page unless some things have changed significantly at one of these companies at least, and very recently. Why do I say that? I know, since I used to run one of them.

They know where the cancel links are, they know how the industry works --- which is why they shouldn't touch a membership site with a 10' pole in the first place.

And pre-auths should be credited. I know how they work, and that money is fucking gone from my account . What kind of accounting does Paycom.net have if they dont keep track of their pre-auths? It was taken out under their name. Regardless, those should be credited back just as fast as the rep refunded my $ for the original transaction - and they were not.

Triple6, you got email confirmations on anything that we billed. That?s the way the system works. Plus, and most important to the FTC, Visa, MasterCard, others and me, there is proper, complete and easily understandable disclosure on the Join Form.

If there is a problem with your accounts and you are not satisfied with the way our Customer Service Reps handled the call, please email me at [email protected] and attach your email confirmations. Send your username and password and / or your card number so I can look up your account. When this matter is resolved I hope you will post that too, with as much passion as your posts here.

I am a bit confused however: We don?t take Pay Pal. So was it your Pay Pal MasterCard? If not, then maybe you joined a site or sites with another processor. LMK.

As for pre-auths, KK is correct. That?s the way it works. A pre-auth, which is not closed (settled), is dropped by our system if and when you cancel. So your credit is ?locked up? but no charge has taken place. Kimmy?s example of the hotel is the one we use too. It is in case you allow the trial to convert. When you cancel, it is dropped by our system.

In the future, before you go on a public message board and announce that we are criminals, get some facts, read your email confirmations and the Join Form disclosures. The truth is your ?facts? don?t add up. I think you have ulterior motives. Maybe you have another reason for slandering our company. Some people may take your comments the wrong way and then Paycom / EPOCH is damaged financially and / or our reputation is damaged, then you could get sued ? for LOTS of money.

How about the old man from Video Professor all he wats is shipping and handeling, you wont beleive what happens with that small fee of 5.95 before you know you are being billed after 30 days etc.

I wont even mention Magazine Subscription bullshit and tons of other things.

The new tactic on TV for the guys selling stuff like "How to buy real estate no money down" and "Trend Trading to win" and "Buying and Selling Notes"

They now tell you on TV for just $9.95 they will mail you the package, now unless you have a 60 inch TV you cannot read that if you don't retur it within 30 days you will be billed 59.95 a few times (or 39.95 depending on the product)

First off, don't be so paranoid. I have no 'ulterior motives'. My reason for 'slandering' your company is because you guys seemed to have some fucked up practices.

I know what the hell I saw when I joined the site, and I did not see anything offering me the two extra trials that were tacked on to my account. Yes I got confirmation emails, thats how I found out I was getting shit I didnt sign up for.

For your record, I used a Mastercard that is tied to my Paypal account and draws directly from it as a debit account.

Let me explain again my signup process, and please explain to me how these extra sites got there given the # of steps I took to complete the transaction..... and keep in mind when I first saw the extra trial offer for 'slut movies', that was the ONLY offer that was presented to me. I saw only one:

I proceed to join and before completing the transaction, I am offered a trial to slut movies, and only that. I check the box, hit submit, which bring me to a similair page that again offers ONE trial - but this time I decline and do not check the box, I instead hit the submit button and finish the transaction, expecting access to two websites - not four!

And don't get me started on slander. Im not making 'false statements', Im making complaints about some bullshit I ran into at your company... and Im not the only one in this thread who has had such problem - don't think for a moment I have nothing better to do then just sit here and whip up flaming bullshit about your company with no good reason.

Chris, believe me, I am doing this for no other reason except that I thought your subscription process is messed up. I would just assume with the pre-auths though that they are immediately credited to my account - but since you said it was never taken out, why is it still being held? Why does THAT take so long compared to a refund? I dont get it.

--- and I keep saying I only saw one offer, on both the first page and the second page. So let me ask you...How long have you guys been offering two at a time, from what I see on the pages now? And who here can verify this?
