Here is a problem I have with billers and I think its total fraud:

It was March 4th 2003 at approx. 4:32AM

I was surfing the web (I already pay $40 a month for DSL) and I saw a really hot adult site.

I was extremly horny (not my fault its nature plus websites should not make people so horny) so I decided to join.

Now as im going to the join page my cock is already getting real hard and im very excited.

I enter my credit card information and pay the 29.95.

I then login to the members area and download some hot videos and before you know my cock is fuckin hard and I beat off and cum all over the place.

Now this is a total scam for a few reasons:

1) I already pay $40 for DSL, why should I have to pay for anything else on the web

2) I could of purchased 5 4 Hour XXX Videos at a local video store for $29.95

3) I can get free porn at TheHun and some sites offer $1 porn access.

4) I was READING very careful everything of the page (even as im using one hand to type and for the mouse, and even as my cock is poking me in one eye) I never saw 29.95 I think it said $2.95 60 day trial

I think this is a big fraud and no wonder Visa is cracking down.

ANd I happen to be the kind of surfer who is very anal about leaving checkboxes checked by default. Im not some n00b fucker who never checks off the 'yes! spam me with your shit since im joining your site' option that is found on nearly every website I visit. I pay close attention to those damn checkboxes.

If Paparazzi can corroborate how many offers he was given then I have some validity to my claim if he was presented with one and only one offer during his sign up process (if he can remember). But if in fact EPOCH has been doing the offers two at a time since before a few days ago (or have never offered just one, OR if they do not do BOTH) then I will own up and feel stupid for not seeing something that wasnt there, and will apologize accordingly. But I swear to fucking thyself I saw one fucking checkbox = one offer = all I fucking checked /

I had tried to cancel the 14inch trial when i first learned of it but it would not let me since the trial did not officially begin (i couldnt even access the site 14inch anyway with the un/pw, and since it wouldnt let me cancel, i thought i wasnt going to get billed).

ANd then yesterday I see I was billed for the trial.

Now I go look at my emails and I realize i have 6, not 4, but 6 cancellation emails. So Im wondering what the other two are, and low and behold they are cancellation emails from the first two times i tried to cancel but the website said it didnt (because it still reflected as active in the account)..... SO I have two emails that say it was cancelled yet your software or whatever the fucking hell still charged me for that shit. Until I was able to try and cancel it for a 3rd time.

When m0rph3us posted that there were two of these (as above in the pic) i went to go see myself and there they were.... But I know what I saw, and I did not see two offers like that when I had joined! Not only that, I dont even remember seeing the 'special offer to new members' part, with red highlight background. WHat I remember was just ONE offer, with no bright color drawing my attention to it - the only thing drawing my attention to it was the ONE checkbox i saw because i thought it was gonna be for some newsletter bullshit.

Now you're sounding like a jackass, Paycom's disclosure is excellent. That's why the majority of surfers manage to cancel before the trials rebill. BECAUSE THERE'S LOTS OF DISCLOSURE. If you had a problem cancelling, you probably were on the paysites cancel page and not on Paycom's whichs linked on the join page and the email. That's not a Paycom issue.

I was NOT on the paysites cancellation page, I was at PAYCOMs cancellation page where it list ALL my transactions. This is where it wouldnt even let me cancel for one of these sites correctly, I was still billed for it, yet I received 3 ( that says THREE) cancellation emails saying it was.

I wanna know how long its looked like that, and if they offer one on option on some sites and two on others. Paparazzi can maybe back me up, or , prove me wrong for what I saw, if he has a good memory.


For all I know this two option thing was implemented at the very second the server was processing my order and somehow two trials got put on by accident. Shit like that could happen.
