I think it's over-designed and too loud. The colors overpower her.

For once you have said something i can agree with. On its own i feel its too much.As a stand alone blog I wouldn't have gone that far. But when you see it in conjuction with the main site design.. it all works together wonderfully.

I have actually gotten a c&d from Nintendo for as little as text on a page, not sure that they would approve of the use of their copyrighted imagery in the background of a porn site.

Close resemblance does not infringe copywrite law. If I had lifted them directly then you would have a valid point. However they were created by me. They are my versions of a ghost, , my versions of a mushroom hat. They are not direct copies. They were not lifted or traced or outlined or grabbed in anyway. Nice looking site but I'm not sure I like the font used on the menu bar even though it does look good when it's used for "Welcome Boys".
Did you try using the one used for "My Photosets" on the menu bar?

Nice one. So original that it is the exact same dimensions minus some anti-aliasing, with the exact same pixel layout. The ONLY difference is the mushroom pattern and some facial shading on the mushroom.
