You should just write them and ask what their thoughts are that their iconic images are being used on a porn site with a link to the developers site that produced it.

Maybe their lawyers can straighten this whole thing out with regards to what is protected and what is not.

I already emailed them.

Sorry Mutt, again, nothing personal but at the same time you should have refused work with stolen designs on it.

Maybe if she would have shut the fuck up several days ago when her false accusations blew up in her face, she wouldn't be staring down at a "hi pot, I'm kettle" situation.

It makes you wonder what other graphics are stolen in her client work. If I were one of her clients, I would definitely start investigating any questionable material that she has delivered and if you have something that might be considered copyright, ask for a refund or get that work redone on her dime.

I think she thinks that I was kidding. I was calling her out and she totally skirted around it and resorted to baseless insults. She has yet to address this issue with a real answer.

btw, I'm always up to do pinups or drawings like this or as a logo for $250.
It's Photoshop, basic brushes, smudge tool, and a bunch of layers freehand with a Bamboo Wacom tablet. Basically the same way that I draw with charcoal or conte with way less smudges, plus 1600+ zoom helps a lot... :upsidedow
