Choose a pornstar, a situation or a niche (even illegal niches) and someone will easily be able to provide a link to a full length movie on a tube that covers whatever you want.
Lets face it, the big tubes are killing the industry by giving away everything in the chase for big traffic so they can sell advertising space to idiots who don't realise that that the spots are useless for selling porn on.

Porn used to be famous for being recession-proof but combine a recession and totally free porn then if you stay on the side of being legal then you have to see a downturn in profits.

The actual smart people make money where ever they can make money. I am going to re-launch my old TGP/MGP this week with all my sponsor content. I am going to experiment with making the pictures really small, with fat red "X" marks across them. My idea is that if the surfer is frustrated by the small / unjerkable images, maybe my conversions will go up.

Besides, the real threat are forums like pornbb, realraptalk, planetsuzy, etc, etc.

They have countless paysite member areas ripped, sometimes in HD, available for download. The amount of traffic they get combined is staggering, and so is the rate at-which they're growing. Wait until it gets mainstream like torrents.

A tube site riddled with ads, low quality, blurry video that has to buffer every 20 seconds in disorganized categories is yesterday's threat to this industry. :upsidedow A forum with 500,000 users sharing full length videos for download is what should scare you.

There was no right option so I didn't vote. Tubes are just start of the game, but not it's end. Personally I convert mainstream niches from LEGAL tubes as 1:2500 and fetish niches as 1:90. These ratios are absolutely ok with me.

As about the illegal (thievish) tubes, so their owners are also started understanding that their conversion sucks so they are also moving (turning back) to the paysite promotion model.
