Woohoo. |

|
Montego. Baby why don't we go.
|
Was looking up holidays to bermuda last week. Looks absolutely amazing there!
|
My girlfriend works in senior financial services and she will also make killer money tax free there. I guess that more or less sealed the deal.
|
tax free sounds good
|
I'm going to Jamaica on vacation in 3 weeks! First time there, should be good.
|
Nice, it'd be fun to live down there for a while, not sure how long I could take, but winters for sure.

That's where you wanna go to get away from it all |
Bermuda gets hit by a ton of hurricanes and Tropical Storms. It's beautiful, but good luck when the storms roll through!
|
too small and surrounded by water
also, if you're a US citizen or have had a green card for more than 6 months you can't work anywhere in the world tax free, you have to keep filing with the IRS regardless and hand over income tax |

Here it's tax hell, and fucking cold... |
My vote goes to Cancun, Mexico. Foreigners dont have to pay tax unless they work in Mexico. And online activities are not considered work, go figure!

- Bermuda has one of the highest GDPs per person in the World. Nearly twice that of Canada and the USA.
- There is no Income tax but high consumption taxes on everything brought in to the Island. That suits me much better than Income tax. - The Bermudian dollar is pegged to the US Dollar, so no more US > CAD exchanges for me. - The climate is Sub Tropical, so it's not blazing hot all the time. - Bermuda has the highest level of broadband internet penetration in the World. - You can never become a resident in Bermuda, no matter how long you stay. Only by marrying a Bermudian can you get citizenship, and even then it takes 10 years. - Thus far there are no Brazilian Jiu Jitsu schools in Bermuda. I intend to bring them Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu. Just some of the pluses and minuses. |
I don't think you can just move there without some kind of work visa

BuBye to the guns ....
Bermuda forbids all narcotics, weapons, ammunition, pornography and more Huge penalties, prison and travel restrictions will result from ignoring this warning and importing them --------------------- Bermuda law does not permit any person, except a bona fide member of an established gun club, to own a handgun. In Bermuda, there is only one bona fide gun club ? The Coral Reefs Rifle & Pistol Club. All club members must undergo stringent checks by the Bermuda Police before they can even be accepted as potential gun-owners. http://bernews.com/2010/04/a-look-at...ta-gun-charge/ But maybe your dogs are allowed .... |
