You found now one of his url`s that copying you program and he is already dong enough money for him by spamming tha shit , that kool , but you have any idea how many sites like that this guy got online ? nope , you don`t have any idea. Face the facts , all ya can do just to email the hosting asking to remove the stolen content , in good case (depends on hosting comapny - Valueweb don`t give a flying fuck on everything) it can take up a few days to get some actions from hosting side , so what ? problem to upload the site on next frauded hosting ? Who are you to judge me? i was the designer for that site... This client approached me asking for a site... so i made one... So don't associate me with SCAM!
I did make this site months ago... this client provided content to me and that's it! Now i don't know and don't care of how he's using this site... I was just the designer!
I just sent this client an email to ask him explanations about it!
So don't throw out and accuse names like that!!

No way, I know Steve from Scorpiocreation really well and he would NEVER EVER steal content to build a site by a customer FOR a customer. He does however use content provided to him to build the sites. He is NOT a scammer..he's one of the absolutely most honest guys there is. He probably had no idea the content did not belong to this person. Hell I wouldn't know :P However I will talk to him about asking to check licenses or something perhaps.

He is no scammer, that I guarantee.

I have done business with you on numerous occasions, sold you a lot of content, and I don't know many customers who are as meticulous about licensing, proper usage, etc as you are. I will stand up for what I know is honest. You do a great job designing for people, you shouldn't be held responsible for people who are the real thieves hon :) I'm sure all of this will straighten out, and I hope to hell Lensman kicks those thieving fuckers asses. I hate content thieves. They make it harder for EVERYONE in the industry.
