I know Scorpio from scorpiocreations very well. He has done his job and it is not his fault if the customer provided him stolen content. I think if you wanna judge somebody, you should judge the site owner who is easy to be found and probably reading these posts now..

Anyway, Steve is a great designer who is well known by a lot of people and he knows this business, he knows what stealing content means and ofcourse he knows the results of that.. He wouldn't do it in any conditions..

What I don't get is why you and all the webmasters that got screwed by this guy never did a thing against it.
If someone owed me this much money I would go get it personaly and he won't even touch a computer again.
Sue him if you want to do it the legal way but it's just chicken that you and the others didn't do shit.

How can you sue a shell corporation that no longer exists. Vipdialer was in the bahammas. There were 5 people who sued tyler and none of them were able to do anything. It was a loss for me and my webmasters. It hurt me good and he hurt my reputation as well. I have come back and have healed. But as long as people know who this guy is and are aware of his refreshed programs every 6 mos he will fall eventually. The more money you have to scam the harder it is to get caught. He is good at what he does. More and More people are becoming aware of how he operates, but when its time for him to fall hes becomre rich. It's really sad and many operate this way..

SR alot of people wondered why. I took the most damage and two brothers in New Zealand. You live in learn and if anyone payed the price it was me..

I know what you mean....... It's not always easy to find someone but everybody knew who was behind this and had his address.
I wouldn't do much if it was just for a 1000$ but some people lost alot of cash and he wouldn't get away with it if it was mine.
